has specialized in personnel consultation for the media, digital, and creative industries since 2007, and currently consists of the proprietor Asta Baumöller and a small sourcer team; dependening on demand, we moreover are able to assemble an expert team of specialist consultants for you. Our constantly growing network currently includes more than 20.000 contacts. Almost half of our candidate pool came to us upon personal recommendation; which does make us just a little proud.

Basically, anyone with proven expertise within the media, digital, and creative industries can apply for our candidate pool. After receiving the relevant information and documents, we decide on whom we want to include in our pool and usually conduct a first interview in a timely manner. Each candidate agrees, i.e. upon entry into the database (through acceptance of our Terms of Use), to secrecy and guarantees their information is correct. Our candidate pool includes permanent employment candidates, freelancers, and consultants, from entry level up to top management.

Asta Baumöller

born 1966, after graduating from high school in 1987, studied visual communication/design at S.U.N.Y Purchase USA, the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart and the Fachhochschule Düsseldorf and graduated in 1995 as a qualified graduate designer. During her studies, she worked as an assistant to the Creative Director at RTL Television in Cologne and in 1995, after completing her studies, transferred to a permanent position at VIVA TV. There, she was initially an assistant to the Art Director, and was later, in February 1996, was promoted to Head of Art Department/Creative Director for the channels VIVA and VIVA ZWEI. In 2000, after the VIVA Media AG went public, she was sent by the VIVA parent company to Milan / Italy, as part of the internationalization strategy, to build the Italian VIVA stations. At the same time, she continued in her function in the creative direction of international VIVA stations (Poland, Hungary, Switzerland, Germany) and was responsible for the launch-concept development of the channel VIVAplus, beginning in 2001. During her work in the VIVA art direction, she held the creative responsibility for the corporate design of all national & international VIVA channels, various design relaunches of the channels VIVA and VIVA ZWEI, and was also responsible for the launch-design of the channel VIVAplus.

In July 2002, she became the Managing Director of the station VIVA Switzerland (Zurich) and was appointed to the Board of Directors of S Media Vision AG. She lived and worked in Zurich for over 5 years in Zurich before she completed her work in Switzerland in 2007 and returned to Germany to start her own consulting business.

Asta Baumöller teaches course(s) in "Managing Talents: Leadership in Cultural and Creative Industries" as part of the Master’s program "Management of Creative Industries" at the bbw Hochschule Berlin and she has been a member of the Art Directors Club for Germany since 1999. She was and is a jury member for various creative awards (for ex. Red Dot Award, ADC, BFF, etc.), has also received numerous awards for her own work, and, through her professional proximity to the Industry, has access to a unique network of creatives at all levels.
