Asta Baumöller

Born in 1966 Asta Baumöller studied after her university entrance diploma (Abitur) in 1987 at the State University New York (Purchase/USA), the Stuttgart Academy of Art and Design and the University of Applied Science Düsseldorf Visual Communication / Design and graduated with a diploma in Design in 1995. During her university studies she already worked as assistant to the creative director at RTL Television in Cologne. After graduation she was offered a permanent contract at VIVA Fernsehen GmbH & Co. KG (later corporation) as assistant of the art director. In 1996 Baumöller took over the direction of the art department for the channels VIVA and VIVA ZWEI. In 2000 after the IPO of the VIVA Media AG she was sent to Milan/Italy by the VIVA parent company for two years. There she was responsible for the establishment of the TV channel VIVA Italia in the framework of the internationalization strategy. Contemporaneously she was still in charge of the creative direction of the international VIVA channels and the development of the launch concept for the new channel VIVAplus, which was launched in 2001. During her time as VIVA art director she was responsible for the corporate design of all national and international VIVA channels, of various design relaunches of VIVA and VIVA ZWEI and furthermore for the new design of the VIVAplus channel.
Since 1990 she has been a member of the Art Directors Club Germany and received numerous awards for her work. From July 2002 until March 2007 Asta Baumöller was Managing Director of the channel VIVA Schweiz/S Media Vision AG and member of the administrative board of the S Media Vision AG. In 2007 she resigned from her activities in Switzerland and returned to Germany to found her own company, MELT.MEDIA RECRUITMENT

Lucie Laubenheimer

Born in 1977 Lucie Laubenheimer studied after her university entrance diploma (Abitur) in 1997 educational science / adult education at the Freie Universität Berlin and the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Already during her university studies she gained experience at the Volkswagen Coaching GmbH and the SIEMENS AG in personnel and corporate development. After graduating with a master's degree in education (Diplom Pädagogin) she stayed in Berlin and worked at first as a freelance coach for business start-ups. Following her interest in people and to strengthen their professional careers she started to support the talent department of the PR & Media agency ARTIST NETWORK. At the end of 2008 she changed to the zukunft im zentrum GmbH as a consultant to work on the conception of supporting offers for competence development in organizations of professional development and general education. The combination of skills in the area of institutionalized learning processes on one hand and the promotion of personality development on the other as well has her knowledge of the media industry finally led her way to MELT.
