MELT. co-operates with industry insiders from numerous fields, who will subsequently called experts, to evaluate the specific skills of candidates.

Our Expertise
All members of the MELT. Team – starting with the founder and managing director Asta Baumöller – have all worked for many years in the media industry. We are acquainted with the typical peculiarities from our collective experiences. We also know that the industry is fast moving and complex. For this reason we cooperate with experts who can competently cover the different special fields and are always up-to-date with current trends and developments.
If desired MELT. will also offer you practical consultancy and on-the-job training to pass on our experience to you and to offer new input for your daily work. We can guide you with background knowledge and help e.g. job beginners and people from outside the industry. Additionally we offer know-how regarding media relevant decisions, and where required, we accompany the cooperation with the media in question.
