MELT. works transparently and conforms to the specific needs of the industry. In order for us to work on your vacancy afterwards we will need - before actually starting the active search process – a signed personnel consultancy contract that you can see here. We have different commission models for individual agency services:

Placement of Permanent Staff

In the case of a successful placement the following commission payment will be charged (details under “General Terms of Trade“):

15% of the gross annual salary – for executive positions
13% of the gross annual salary – for regular permanent positions

Placement of Freelance Staff

The commission payment has already been added to the hourly rate of the Freelancer, who will be placed by MELT. Therefore it will be invoiced directly by the Freelancer and not by MELT.

Entry Fee

After having signed the personnel consultancy contract a lump sum for expenses of 300 € will be charged. The entry fee is independent of the number of candidates that will be selected for a first interview and covers a period of three months.

Placement of Interns

Once Interns have been successfully placed, the client will exclusively pay a fee of Euro 50,-. A signed contract is also necessary. No fee will be charged if the contract concerns the placement of only one, single internship.
